Tips for Submitting Paperwork

How to Submit and complete the forms? 

1. Download and Open the PDF

  • After downloading the form, open it directly in your browser (Chrome, Edge, or another supported browser). Most modern browsers can display and fill out PDFs.

2. Enable Fillable Fields

  • Click on the fields in the PDF to start typing. If the fields highlight when you hover over them, they are fillable. Simply click and enter your information.

3. Fill the Form Online

  • Use your mouse or keyboard to navigate between the fields.

  • You can use the Tab key to jump to the next field or Shift + Tab to go back to the previous one.

4. Check for Auto-Saving

  • Some browsers auto-save the information you’ve entered into fillable fields. However, it’s a good idea to save your progress regularly by downloading or saving the file to your computer.

5. Download the Completed Form

  • Once you’ve filled out the form, it’s important to save your work properly. Do not close the browser without downloading the file.

  • Look for the “Download” or “Save” option in your browser’s PDF viewer (usually a downward-facing arrow icon). Click it to save the form to your computer.

6. Save with Data

  • Ensure that the form is saved with the data you entered. Before submitting or printing, reopen the saved file from your computer to confirm that all fields are filled as expected.
