Personalized Approach
Our ABA therapy consultations are designed to cater to families whose needs may not align with standard therapy models. Conducted by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), these sessions are often centered around parent training.
The aim is to empower parents to effectively implement behavior plans at home, enhancing the developmental progress of their child. Our therapists can also provide support during ARD meetings and offer training to other caregivers or family members, making this a comprehensive service for enhancing your child's development.
Process of Consultation Services
The consultation process starts with getting to know your family and household, discussing day-to-day challenges, and reviewing ABA principles. We focus on questions that help us design a plan best suited to your child’s needs, like improving daily routines, strengthening parent-child relationships, and supporting your child in achieving goals like making friends and gaining independence.
Flexible and Scalable Sessions:
We value your time and convenience, offering consultations that fit your schedule, from several times a week to once a month. The program is fully scalable, adjusting the frequency as you meet set goals. Even after completing the program, refresher consultation appointments are available to address new behaviors or if you need additional guidance.
Educational Component
Our consultations cover six general ABA topics to give parents and caregivers a robust understanding of ABA therapy:
-
ABA therapy overview: What it is and how it is helpful
-
How to identify target behaviors for their child
-
How to navigate a behavior plan
This approach ensures that you are well-equipped with the knowledge to support your child's progress
